Shipping

• Made to order: every item is printed after you order it. Printing takes 2–5 business days.
• Delivery: standard US shipping usually takes 3–8 business days after printing. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
• Cost: shown at checkout before you pay.
• Where: the United States only, for now.
• Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Returns & exchanges

Because every shirt is printed just for you, we can't take returns for change of mind. We will make it right when something's wrong:

• Misprinted, damaged or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost.
• Wrong size: contact us within 30 days. We'll send the right size at our cost price plus shipping.
• Lost package: if tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
